l have a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix...... l am having trouble unlocking the radio. It keeps saying ''inop''. So l looked on the internet, and people tell me to ''Press the presets 2 and 3 for a few seconds, and it will show 3 numbers.'' So l did that, and it does not do anything! Please help! It is really boring without music in the car.

lol email me ill help u but how did u lock it in most cases you have to take it to your local gm dealer and get them to unlock it for 20$

. and use the digital code that was on a sticker inside the glovebox when new. Instructions are in the owner is manual.
