hi my name is kyle l live in richfield, mn and l was wondering where l can buy performance exhaust for my car? l want the type where it still sounds like it has power... l do not want that quiet stuff! i'm just not sure where l can buy my exhaust and have them install it to... does good year, car x, firestone do this? how much will it cost? any info would be great... thanks for your time
note: it is an automatic, 130,000 miles, oil changed regularly, cloth washed, and so much more...

my car also has small pipes on it right now! is there any way l can get them bigger?
note: l need new exhaust because i've been getting pulled over for have a loud car... so l just need something loud, but not so loud where i’ll get pulled over again... maybe stainless

if you really wanna spend money then go to borla they have stainless. if not then go with flowmaster 40 series. the 2.8 really dont sound all that great. they get a bit raspy but try that.

You have a Non performance model & want to toss some cash at the car ? Anything u do will be for not.. Do not spend the 325.00 to 475.00 on after market exhaust for this car.

If u want a cheap & neat system Just behind ur cat run 2'' pipe back to where the muffler hangs. Find a Single Series 50 Flow master (made for ur single exhaust) spilting it in 2 after the muffler. You can go up to 2.5 inch tube but any more u will loose back pressure.. Also u can put put different tips on the tail pipes.

If u go with performance coffee can exhaust go with single also & u can use a glass pack for the premuffler then the coffee can mounted in the stock location using a dual tail pipe like 240sx.

I've bought series 50 is at wrecking yards used for 20 to 50 bucks. If they tell u u have to have the 30 is in front of the 50. tell them its for a V6.

If u use a 40 series use it as a single.

In Richfield l think u have yearly emissions check coming soon if not already for 84 & newer models. So do not cut the cat. If u do not have emissions check cut the cat (leave the O2 sensor) go Duals with 1 7/8 is tube with Cheap Cheap Turbo flows with shot gun tail pipes. Can even have them come out in front of the rear tires.Like Nascar.

The best exhaust l ever heard on a v6 had glass packs behind a 2 in 2 out catalytic converter. It cost more to buy a new converter, but glass packs are cheap.
