does anyone know how to change the front light of a 2001 pontiac grand am. is the strews to be taken out o can not find any.

lift up the plastic cover. access is under it

Open the hood. Above each headlamp there is a black plastic cover which will run the length of the front. Lift up on the end that u want to access. If u look straight down u will see 2 rectangular clips that run vertically behind the headlamps. Pull up on each clip until u feel a click. At this point the retainer will be released. Do the same for the other retainer. Now carefully remove the headlamp & change the affected bulb. Reinstall the headlamp & resecure the clips. Check to see if the headlamp is secure.
